Maybe one of the door switches, are worn or broken, worn ones can sometimes be adjusted to make the stick out. Push the door switches in one at a time with just that door open, (it should be on the door jam), if it stops, you've found the problem switch. Since the driver's door get much more use than any of the others, I'd start there.

Not knowing how you checked the fuses, I think they need a second look, maybe a continuity check with a multimeter which can often be done with the fuses plugged in.
You can buy a digital multimeter for under $20 US and they are handy around home as well.
You'll find them at Radio Shack, auto parts and home improvement stores or at other electronics outlets.
This sounds much like the 'accessory' fuse is blown or the contacts in the fuse box or on the fuse itself are corroded. The latter can be corrected by removing and replugging the fuse several times.

Sound like a door possibly not closed all the way, or a faulty door contact. Check those first.
SOURCE: The door ajar beeping comes on anytime a door is open, whether or not a key is in the ignition.
The light and the beeping are two differant things. Headlight switch on? Or the switch were the key gos may think the key is still in the switch.
