Did you bleed the brakes after replacing the pads. and this may be obvious but did you check the level of the brake fluid?

Bleed the brakes and refilled the reservoir.

Did you follow the proper procedure for bleeding brakes You need to bleed the brakes at each wheel in a specific order. your owners manual should have the order you need. I am asking this cause otherwise you may have a problem with the ABS system and that can get very expensive to diagnose and should be left to a pro.

I just changed out the front brake pads and my pedal is moosh and will not stiffen. I have bled all four wheels and itis still moosh.

Are your front brake rotors badly worn/scored? This will cause the pads to flex, giving you a spongy brake pedal feel. Change the rotors if they are heavily scored and ribbed. Hope this helps...

Have an hyundai terracan 2004 and i have recently just change the brake pads but somtimes the brake feels like it gone real stiff and wont brake to a hault it seems to be more in the morning when its first...

Let me get this straight... you had the brake pads replaced, but the rotors were not 'RESURFACED' or 'MACHINED'??... If this is the case, then the new brake pads will take longer to 'SEAT' to the rotors. SEAT - wear into/match the mating surface. If the surface area of the new pads don't MATCH the rotors, then FULL contact of the frictional surfaces have not happend... resulting in POOR braking system performance. ALWAYS have the rotors resurfaced/machined when replacing pads -- this ensures the new pads SEAT with the rotors.

My car is shaky every time i hit a stop light?

you should keep all four tires on the ground !!!! LOL ! your rotors or brake pads are bad. do you feel it shake in the steering wheel ? Check these three items and im sure it will fix.......1) jack front car up and try to move front tires in all directions, does it feel loose at all? if yes check tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints. 2) check brake pads for wear, heat from pads warp the rotors and cause the break pedal and steering to shake or vibrate. 3) If nothing can be found wrong with the tie rods or ball joints i recommend changing the rotors and brake pads, a pretty cheap fix.

CHANGE ROTORS AND BREAK PADS ON ALL FOUR TIRES, FRONT PASSENGER TIRE, WHEN PRESSING ON BRAKE PEDAL IT GRINDS WITH MEDAL TO MEDAL, AND PULLS THE CAR TO THE LEFT, SOMETIMES THE ABS LIGHT TURNS ON, AND THE...

You had to leave something out, or you got a pad in backwards. The right front right,? it is not grabbing, just grinding, should be easy enough to spot, take the wheel off again and find the problem, Changing the pads should have nothing to do with the abs,. I don't know why the light would be coming on unless you have too much movement for the abs to work, or not enough. Check it out, hope this helps.

WHY IS MY 2000 S 80 ABS LIGHT COMES ON WHEN I JUST REPLACE THE 4 RORORS AND PADS PLUS ONE CALIPPER I DO NOT GET WHY THE LIGHT IS ON . IT COMES AND GOES.

Few things:
1. Are you absolutely certain that they changed all four rotors, brake pads and the caliper?
2. Can you verify that the brake lines were bled properly? And the fluid is topped up with mfg'd compliant brake fluid.
3. Double check to see that the condition codes are cleared.
4. Is there any discoloration in the brake fluid? (leak or contamination)
Hope it helpz

Yellow DSC and Brake light on... recently changed brake pads

Abs and dsc are related and with the light on these won't work. It is possible that you need to go back to where the work was done to look this over.
