Question about 1990 Buick Regal
Three things an engine needs, fuel, air, and spark. without any one of these it will rotate but not start.
1. Air - If filter is clogged it cannot get air, but it would have to be verry dirty for this to be the problem
2. Fuel - If no fuel check fuel filter, lines, sending unit
3. Spark - Check ignition, spark plugs, plug wires,
If it has no spark and this happened suddenly, as it was running, died or was shut off and now won't start it is also a very good probability that the timing belt broke.
