I had an issue where my passenger side from harness was damaged and it didnt sit into the boot all the way. You may want to check if it is seated properly, it did seem to take a bit of force to get it securely into the boot. Also if this doesnt fix it, inspect your boot and harness to ensure no wear or damage that may prevent the bulb from seating properly. You can get a new harness at the dealer for around 30 dollars.

What would cause 2004 thunderbird left rear turn signal to not work and bulb is o.k.

You need to check for power to rear light if none start to check wiring in reverse. Usually at turn signal switch or under drivers side carpet.

Rear turn signal and hazard light don't flash (left side only)

The rear left turn signal bulb must be replaced immediatly before it melts the light socket, if it has'nt yet. Also please verify that the correct light bulb is being installed. because even though many bulbs look the same they are not identical. Installing the wrong bulb can be the begining of many, many problems in the particular circuit

Passanger side turn signals don't work

First: press the brake and be sure that both sides light up. If one side does not, turn your attention to it. Remove the taillamp assembly from the suspect side and disconnect it. Unscrew the socket / circuit board and dismount it from the reflector. Take out the bulbs and examine the sockets, looking for melted / toasted / warped sockets. If they are bad, don't even bother trying new bulbs or attempting a repair; go to the parts store and get a new socket / circuit board assembly. Last I looked they cost about $25 apiece.

Turn signals dont flash on 95 firebird formula

There are dual elements bulb and single element bulb.

You need to see is there two contacts inside the socket.

If you accidentally put a single contact bulb into dual contact socket......it will cause this problem.

Check it out.

Check the front and rear bulb while trying to get it to blink. I think you will find one of your bulbs is or has gone bad.

Running lights work but not the turn signals

You need a new Multifunction switch...Its very common. The switch controls those functions and more. Its hard to explain how it works but I am pretty sure thats what it is.....
