Engine sounds great, but hesitates while driving, seems like it's not getting enough gas, but the fuel pump has been replaced.

Similar problem but only on acceleration from a stop or after turning a corner. Disconnecting the battery and resetting computer solves the problem!

Have you checked your fuel filter? Also this sounds funny but check your air intake hose, if you have a hole it will act like it's running out of gas. Hope this helps, good luck.

You replaced your fuel filter but have you checked the fuel pressure. It sounds like the fuel pump is not putting out enough pressure to get enough gas to the engine.

It certainly sounds like a fuel delivery problem. You didn't say if you changed the in line filter. If it is partially plugged, it won't allow enough gas to reach the engine. After or before changing that, you would want a fuel pressure test, to see if the proper fuel pressure was available at the injectors for them to work. Proper fuel pressure is dependent not only on the pump, but also on the fuel pressure regulator-which would be checked when a pressure test is done.

I am driving a 91 Buick Century that seems to have a fuel problem. It wants to sput and sputter when it gets to just at half a tank of fuel. It does not matter what gas station I get the fuel from. It...

Did you replace the fuel filter also? Have fuel pressure checked, new pump does not always equal good pump, have gotten bad ones before. Check / replace gas cap- may not be holding correct pressure in tank. Or, the seal on the fuel pump hole may not have sealed. Occasionally, the choking and sputtering as well as a pop or hesitation can be caused by a bad catalytic converter. If the converter is plugged, it will choke your engine out due to back compression. A 1991 car with a rusted muffler would prompt me to check out the converter as it is most likely bad also and could be the root cause of your problem. Good exhaust is essential to good performance.

Problem getting the engine to turn over after running a while

The first thing I would do is replace the fuel filter. That is a reasonable solution and the most inexpensive. If that doesn't solve the problem, I'd consider replacing the fuel pump.
A faulty fuel pump can cause erratic starting, low engine output or even leave you stranded by the side of the road.

Truck hesitates when gas pedal pushed down

I assume the truck isn't due for a tune up if it is an '07. Sound like a mass air flow or manifold pressure sensor problem. Autozone will pull the problem code for free and the sensors aren't too expensive, but I your truck should be covered under warranty right?

Fuel pump is loud and seems like engine is starved for fuel.

If its loud it might simply be a mounting problem. Other posibility is that the fuel filter badly needs replaced causing extra load on the pump and the suggested lack of fuel.

it sounds as if maybe the transfer pump is going bad. chrysler has come out with a retro kit that moves the pump from the side of the engine and puts it in the tank

99 gmc no power when passing or climbing

It could be electric fuel pump stall. The pump isn't pumping fuel fast enough. This model may have a inline fuel filter before the fuel pump as well that might need replacing.
