My ssangyong rexton 2.7 ! do speedometer is reading 7 to 8 mph slower than my Sat nav what can be wrong and how can I fix it

calibrate the sat nav unit. Check that you have the correct tyre sizes as stated on the specs plate on the door or pillar . If the tyres are incorrect then the speedo reading will be out and what you have stated indicates incorrect tyre sizes

Would like to know if there is a range of tire sizes per vehicle or is one size per only. example i have a 2001 windstar p205/70/15 can i or better yet should i be fooling around going up or down in size...

The short answer is no, there is not. Here in Australia it is the law that the appropriate and legal tyre sizes are listed on a lanel inside the glove compartment. To explain more though, so you will see why it's important to fit the correct tyre. If you take the tyre size... 215x85-16. It means
215= tyre width across the walls in millimetres
85 = Aspect ratio (the height is 85% of the width)
16= diameter of the rwheel rim
H= High Speed
L= low speed
LT = light truck.

You normally would not put light truck tyres on the front of your vehicle and on the rear only if you carry heavy loads (but probably not then)
Light truck tyres may be cheaper, but they do not ride as well.

This is depending on the tyre size. Assuming this is a factory set you can check the following.

Hey, i have a 95 mitsubishi lancer evolution 2 and it started making a grinding sound when i drive it and a bad metallic sound when ever i turn. and it started burning up and smoking and the wheels lock...

This sounds like the actual problem is somewhere else.
First - are the tyre sizes within spec and not overlifted suspension, which does put more strain on diff components.
Make certain the tyres do not foul the bodywork or other components when turning.
As a land Rover driver - I know this can be a problem with large tyres.

Second - put it on a 4 post lift and take it off the ground.
Check free wheel rotation, bearing and brake condition on all wheels. Also check condition of centre Diff if fitted.
Check oilseals and breathers are clear and undamaged. Refill with oil to correct level.
It could be that the centre diff is worn.

Replacing chackle bushes on Mitsibushi 2.8tdi LDV?

Yes jack the car up from the jacking point so the tyre is off the ground this is located under the the chassis rail. Remove the tyre so it's out of your way. Remove the bolt that goes through the centre. Pry the bushes out with a small pry bar or large screw driver. Check that spring or bolt is not over worn. Install new ones. It may be a little difficult to line up to install bolt again but pisstantce is required. Refit tyre Remember remove the jack. DONE
