I assume you mean engine oil ,in this case use a diesel/petrol oil 10/40 is ok and buy the cheapest oil you can find then change oil every 6000milesa and a oil filter every third oil change and you will not go wrong ,synthetic or natural it doesnt matter as the early days of synthetic oil have long gone where you couldnt mix it and all the myths have now been expelled
