Question about Hyundai Elantra
Provided this vehicle is a Hyundai equipped with a cable driven accelerator & Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), I'd have the sensor tested for proper operation. I suspect you'll find this sensor is sending bad signals to the engine control module (ECM).
