Under the hood next to the firewall is your multi-function box. It controls fuel and other things in your truck. You can pull your fuel supply line loose at the back of the injection rail and have someone turn the key on to see if you are getting fuel. If you are not, you will need test for power to the multi-function box and fuel pump. If you don't have a basic understanding of how to test for power to these components, my advice will not be much of an immediate help.

it could be the fuel pump is not building enough pressure.Myself the first thing i would do is replace the inline fuel filter which is located under car on the frame rail,it sounds like it is plugged.I hope this helps
