How do i fix theses code s p0231 and p1187

P0231 is low voltage at the fuel pump. Could be a bad fuel pump relay, bad wiring in the fuel pump supply circuit, a loose or damaged connector. or a blown fuel pump fuse. If you're able to drive OK then there's probably an open circuit condition in the circuit between a splice in the fuel pump circuit and the powertrain control module.

P1187 is an Oxygen Sensor Heater Control Circuit - usually denoting the 2nd bank. That depends on the vehicle. But usually indicates the sensor needs replacement.

If you don't have a shop manual it might be best to take the vehicle to a pro who has the proper diagnostic equipment to fix.

Good luck.

Po69e error code

There is usually another code set with it usually p0231. Can someone check it again to see if there is another code because it is odd that this code set alone. Anyway, the fuel pump control module has to be checked. The usual causes for failure, beside it being the module, is loose or corroded connections, broken wiring, bad ground and just general problems to cause the module from getting the proper electrical connections. DON'T JUST CHANGE THINGS!! Diagnose first.

Ford code p1316

ford code p1316 is IDM problem ( injector driver module)
the IDM operates as 2 banks of injector drivers ( right and left and can cause one bank to shut down as if driving a 4 cyl
there are forum statements which say that there is a problem with wiring and clips inside of the rocker covers or broken wires
check that the harness and wires to the unit are tight
suspect that the module may be in an area that is near the transmission and the wires may have been disturbed
I went google and typed in--- ford fault code p1316 and there are videos and forum sites that will help you

Automatic shut off code P0231 Changed fuel filter

It sounds like your theft control module is not reading your key. The ignition key tumbler has a 2 wire sensor that read a small diode on the key. I've seen the wires break and cause this type of problem. Unless you are familiar with how to disassemble the column and trace the wiring, it would be better to get an experience mechanic involved. Usually, if the tumbler has to be replaced, it may require reprogramming also.
