small hole in headrest base use small pin punch (or very stiff wire) press in hole and pull headrest up

There is tool required by GM dealership to remove head rest.
Tool # J 42372
Pull the seat toward steering wheel. Raise the head rest and insert the tool and take it off.

ON MY 1990 CAMRY IN THE TRUNK LOCATED ON THE BACK SEAT IS A TYPE OF SWITCH TO UN LOCK THE SEAT THEN INSIDE MY CAR AT THE HEAD REST ON EACH SIDE YOU PULL UP ON THIS BUTTON LOOKING THING AND THE SEAT FOLDS DOWN
MY SEAT IS A SPLIT BACK WITH IT DOWN YOU CAN CLIMB RIGHT THROUGH TO THE TRUNK
