My Suzuki vitara has been sitting for a couple of weeks. Temps have been hovering around freezing. Just put a new battery in. Car turns over but wont start. ?????

no year car? wow...

miles on car?
miles since last full tuneup.?
when was it last a reliable daily driver? last month or year?
my guess( useless) is it needs a tuneup,
ever heard of spark plugs? fresh and new??
a tuneup makes 99% of all engines start in cold weather,
Ill assume it cranks robustly but I can't hear it?
200rpm is fast robust starter 50 is no good. 50 RPM
a mechanic hears that, and just knows, in 1 nano second.
new battery means nothing, what was CCA spec.

2000 GMC Jimmy-when weather is really cold will not start, meaning will not turn over. Does not make any grinding sound, any clicking sound, battery replaced just a few months ago. After trying to start...

Sounds like a stater issue. Probably needs a new starter. My 1990 was a bear to start when the starter started having issues. Could be as simple as replacing the battery ends to ensure proper connection. My nest bet would be to double check the battery. I have bought many brand new batteries and they were bad. Just a simple check will tell you a lot. Next would be the starter. Hope this helps.

I've replaced both rear window regulators in the last three month

ive changed the front regulators on my Kia Optima ( same company). they are designed not to last. the cheapest thing i can tell you is to have someone prop the windows up so that they wont go down.

Mazda b2000 clutch slips when warm

This is a Common Problem after Replacement of a Clutch. After a Few Miles it is not Unusual to Have to have it Adjusted Again. I would take it back to whoever Fixed it and have them Adjust the Clutch.

Engine will not idle and run when starting in cold weather

Have a mechanic take a look at your throttle position sensor and engine idle sensor. Make him manually adjust them as opposed to just putting in new ones. It may require that you have to have a higher idle than normal. Your underlying cause is going to be that I am sure you have a lot of miles on your engine.
