My car sometimes cuts off or reduces speed at times,i replaced the pump and even had it scanned and got these codes;P0232 and P1000.any tips?

Check your fuel pump relay ! P0232 High Voltage Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit , P1000 just means battery was disconnected or the keep alive memory in the PCM was reset . Your inertia fuel shut off button is behind the plastic kick panel on the right side of passenger compartment . Down by where the passengers right foot rests . Pull that plastic cover out.

2001 e250 5.4 wont start sometimes

Fuel pump issue... no, it seems to be your immobiliser. They are programed to turn off the fuel pump in order to stop thiefs stealing cars. The immobilizer unit is on the fritz and may need to be replaced. I would change it to the company "Black Widow". they make good stuff and all wiring is black so it is harder for thieves to steal your car.

Fuel pumps not working on a 1991 ford e250 motor home with a 5.8 motor ..was working fine untill i hit curb, have replaced fuel pumps and still no fuel, both tanks are full of fuel

The inertia switch has tripped I am not positive where the reset switch is, look behind the carpet just above where the passenger's feet rest. Call the dealer's service dept. to ask where it may be located.

Hi there.... Fords normally have the inertia switch in the passenger side kick panel . When you pull the panel off, you should see a black box with a red button on it. Press that button
