I would recommend that you change the plugs.

Yes! Number 2 Boush spark plug looks like center electrode is gone 1/16" down into ceramic.. Runs good on old original Densor plug I found in trunk that has 120K miles on it.

Never run Bosch plugs, period. Use the factory recommended plugs for your Toyota, like Denso, or NGK. I just went through the same issue with the Bosch platinum plugs, and switched to the NGK copper core. The Bosch plugs get a lot of hype, but they are a joke. Glad you were able to use the advice, have a good one!

Spark plugs will cause missing when under a load such as climbing a hill, also fuel filters can be about half stopped up causing fuel starvation on hills

Sounds like possibly a coil starting to break down and fail. If the check engine light is on it would be fairly easy to retrieve trouble codes which could help identify the cylinder or cylinders that are. It working.

When going up hills is the engine bucking and missing? Also for the hard start warm problem, check the fuel pressure regulator for leaks into the vac line.

My '95 eagle talon misses and sputters when accelerating and going up hills

Based on your description, misses suggest replacement of the spark plugs. Sputters suggests a fuel problem and replacemnet of fuel filter. A good place to start.

And also, maybe fill the tank with a good grade/brand of fuel. Hope this helps.
