Cannot find any of my code reader generators to work as it seems to have the wrong number of numbers it should have ten numbers according to my code calculator ,sorry about that
The code for my radio has (5) five digits, Stamped on the radio case is BP0273y9611281, don't know if the 3rd digit is an o or a zero. VIN # WBACN534X1LL48010 another number on radio case is 7640 273 342/40/44 would any of these numbers be the radio S N ?
the thrid one will be a 0 as o is never used in chassis numbers that i can tell you from experiance with importing vehicles
SN: BP0273*9611281 -> Code: 5555 try this and let me know if it works please as i would be interested to know thats for sure as my antivirus keeps putting my code programmes in the virus vault .
if its a becker radio then i calculate the code from the last four numbers 1281 which appears as a 5 figure number which is 36394 ,problem is their is no make of radio and numerous code generators which i have been using for different makes and trying them all ?? as the same BP prefix number will also work in other code generators for different makes of radios ,right time to have a shower as been working all day and not long got in from ITV station ,this is the place where i take all vehicles for their yearly mechanical inspection ,inspection technico de vehiculos ,but they all much the same all over europe ,only the language changes ,so iam not answering questions tonight i dont think ,maybe one or two but thats all
yes the number 9 is their you use the volume control or the tuner depending on the model to enter the numbers ,yes their is 6 preset buttons but you enter code by pressing the first one this then flashes and you then use one of the controls to enter the number ,now another system is press the first button the correct number of times then press the end one to move on to the next one ,now another type automatically moves along which seems a bit pointless to me as this gives the code away ,try reading the instructions again and see what it says on how to enter the number ,i often do so many where i change the batteries or disconnect the battery i just cannot remember every radio i do as i might do anything up to ten a week ,think i might have to eat more fish to help the brain remember things .

Code 5555 can not be correct , because there are FIVE digits necessary for my code.
I will not try this because after three attempts, the radio goes into CODE WAIT and you must wait one hr before trying again, thanks but no thanks.
Hi Al,
Since my radio has only (6) buttons numbered (1 thru 6) to select a (5) digit unlock code and you have included a number (9) in your answer, I do not see how this can be my unlock code.. If there was not a (9),I would try it. You only get three selections and if they are wrong, the radio goes into radio CODE WAIT and you must wait (1) Hr before the Radio reverts to allow you to try again.
My radio is a Blaupunkt.
