This could only be a few things, so I would recommend that you start with the fuses inside the cab, and under the hood, to ensure that they are good. If they check out, then have the alternator tested.

Battery Light comes on batt and alt test good.

I still think this has to be your alternator on the way out. It is probably engaging when you rev but not holding at an idle.

I have a 2004 Ford F150 STX my taillights, brake lights, and both rear turn signals which fuse and relay controls these items.

you can pull negative battery cable and put test light on negative battery post, when lights up pull a fuse from fuse panel and if light goes out then thats where the short is, if light stays on then go to the next fuse

F150 abs light stays on and pump or fan stays on after engine is off

ABS HAS TO DO WITH YOUR BRAKE SENSORS. ONE OF THEM COULD BE BAD OR MORE. YOUR FAN CLUTCH PROBABLY IS GONE BAD. IT IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE FAN . IT WILL BE ROUND AND GRAY. IT'S PRETTY EASY TO REPLACE , YOU WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE FAN SHROUD TO ACCESS THE BOLTS.

2000 F150 parking lights and tail lights stay on

Are you sure they aren't the stoplights (brake lights)? There should be a stoplight switch connected to the brake pedal and replacing it would correct the problem. If it is the tail and parking lights, you must need a new switch that controls them. Signed, 64 year old car guy.

90 f150 5.0 has issues

If your check engine light is on, you will need to have it tested to see what codes have been stored. The light will stay on until it has been tested and codes cleared. Disconneting the battery for five minutes will also reset the light, but if the truck is running rough, you don't want to run it like that. It could cause severe damage to the engine. Best bet is to get it tested and correct the underlying problem before it costs you big bucks. Good Luck

Brake lights?

check all the wirings with a tester, from bulbs back to fuse, and battery. You will probably find an open or bad connection at som point, look for open connections, shorts, oxide etc.
