Question about 1999 Daewoo Lanos
It could be a few things, The ignition tumbler is bad? if the motor is good and switch panel ok and you went to get another one then you surely know its the regulator which is what the motor runs to operate. Regulator is pricey plus finding one to get here before it rains will be interesting

Those things last about 10 years, and the most used window generally dies first, go figure. Find and buy a new window regulator on eBay or at a parts store. If you can not find one you will have have to pay through the nose at a dealer parts department. Do not just buy a lift motor, you want an entire new regulator which includes a motor.
Take the car and the new regulator to a glass shop which does auto glass. For about 50 bucks they will put it in for you. That is a bargain.
