Factory spec is 60lbs, but I usually go around 70lbs. I usually add 10lbs for safety. Thanks (please rate)

Not listed in my alldata book but i just sort of tighten them in order like a cylinder head and use i use a 3/8th drive socket set and just sort of pull them down like all the other bolts and never use a torque wrench or even worry about the settings ,as they are only 10mm bolt heads then i suppose about 14lbs is correct but i wouldnt really know ,never seen a mechanic yet use a torque wrench on every bolt on the engine most mechanics wouldnt even use one on the head bolts either .

Where is the PCV Valve located on a 2004 Focus, 2.0l Zetec Motor?

Hi!!

The PCV is designed to route the engine blow-by back into the combustion chamber to be re-burned. You'll find it on top of the valve cover, almost half of it is IN and the other half is plugged into a 1/2" - 3/4" OD hose, so don't expect to see much of it. if you stand in front of the vehicle, is aligned a bit to the left of the radiator cap.

Pull the valve together w/hose, and unplug it twisting n pulling the valve at the same time. Do not use excesive force or you may damage the hose.

Good luck!!

I have a 2000 ford focus 2.0 zetec dual overhead cam with a broken timing belt at low speed. Is this engine a non interference engine?

all Zetec engines (2.0 DOHC) are NOT interference engines. There are deep reliefs cut into the top of the piston to clear the valves when they are fully extended. There will be no valve damage if the timing belt breaks on a Zetec engine.
