Will not idle properly, go from 1000rpm t0 3000rpm and back

Very possibly a vacuum issue. Maybe a line that needs vacuum for the trans is on an inlet that effects the throttle. Not sure how old your vehicle is.

Rough idle random cylinder misfire

misfires are more from problem injectors, low fuel pressure or injector wiring than from plugs
have a fuel pressure test done to check for problem pressure regulator , problem fuel pump , blocked m/dirty filter
one other area of concern is the EVAP system where the purge valve doesn't vent the tank properly and causes low fuel flow rates

Idle will fluctuate, the idle will drop out, going from 1000rpm to 800 or lower and then back to 1000rpm, after i drive it for a little while and come to a stop it will idle at 2000rpm and slowly come down...

Clean MAF Sensor

Check for vacuum leaks

Check Air Idle Control Solenoid,
if you have one

Clean throttle body plate

My idle is high, over 1000RPm when in park even when engine is warm. Also missfires slighltly at various times when in drive with the brake on.

run scanner for trouble codes, some auto parts stores will do this for free, change plugs and wires

@1000rpm car idles good, under 1000rpm,engine has rough idle, even cuts off at stop light or stop sign

you may want to check your Idle Control Solenoid Valve if it needs cleaning. This is a common issue. If this does not help, I would ask for more details like maker and engine model.
