Would need to hear it to know exactly but it could ba anything from a siezed engine to a faulty starter motor ,i could soon tell by the noise it makes as to what is wrong ,so turn engine on bottom pulley and if engine turns over ok then its the starter motor for whatever reason and the course of action is to change it

I have a crown vic 1998 my car was driving fine i was going to go to the store my car didnt turn on i open my hood i try to turn it on all i hear was i think the starter but the crazy thing is the band...

So you think you could hear the starter spin but the "band" did not turn? I suppose you mean the serpentine belt did not turn. It is quite possible for the starter to spin but the bendix to fail to engage the flywheel. This can be caused by low battery charge, bad battery connections, or more commonly, a bad starter.

Oil light came on and car died right after. now when i try to start it it doent do anything

have you checked the oil level? the light most likely came on due to low oil, the car wont allow the motor to start in order to not cause any further damage to the motor. good place to start would be to make sure the oil is at recomended level, if you cant start the car after that try disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds or so to reset the car computer, hook battery back up and try again.

I repair the motor of my mazda mpv 2002 and it doent started

You need timimg marks, There are the internal marks for installing timing chain, you follow the marks on the crank and cam and line them up, for the Ignition timing you follow the marks on the crankshaft harmonic balance, and the marks on the timimg chain cover for top dead center ect..

My 95 dodge 3.9 dakota stalls when put into gear Ithink my cranksensor is hitting flywheel

It could be hitting the flywheel but it sounds like you have a short in a wire possible the crank sensor . You really need to start the truck and reach behind the motor and start shaking and pulling on the wiring harness. The wires themselves to the sensor may be bad. if that doent work try starting in neutral the shift to drive, if it still happens remove the sensor and check for rub marks. If so shim sensor with small thin washers.
