Question about 1997 Jeep Tj
These gauge sets are notorious for having connection problems. Remove the gauge cluster and thoroughly clean the electrical contacts where they plug in with electrical contact cleaner. It may also help to SLIGHTLY bend the metal male connectors on the rear of the cluster where they plug into the female plug. Remember they still have to connect to the plug, so a SLIGHT bend, just enough to get a better connector. You can also clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol and Q Tips if you dont have contact cleaner.
