I am going to insert an Article with test procedures and it will tell you how to correct the problem.
The Code p1633 means "Keep alive power voltage too low". If you type in the captioned sentence in the Browser search box, it will pull up an Article from JustAnswer.com/Ford/18g5e-p1633 and so on. Use that site and the repair will be explained. Our pasting ability does not allow for different Formats to fit our SI have 2005 crown vic - 2008-06-02_220239_1.pngolution screen.

I HAVE A 2003 CROWN VIC AND WAS WONDERING IF IT WAS EASY TO CHANGE THE FUEL FILTER AND SHOCKS ON IT AND IF SO WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED AND HOW TO DO IT IF ANY ONE CAN HELP

Fuel Filter is bolted to the frame under the right rear door. A Quick Disconnect tool is required to remove the fuel lines. Not sure of the bolt size to remove the mounting hardware.

Check the trans fluid with in neutral. If low, put some in. Would not be electrically actuated so fuses have nothing to do with your situation.

P1633---Keep Alive Power Voltage Too Low

I would suspect you have a dead battery

You did good, if you got 6 or 7 years out of it

If battery is new, there is a fuse, but that will only

Pulsing feel to right in steering wheel on hard left-hand turns.

What rims are on the car the steel police ones and what tires are on it could be hitting the stops on the frame and where the proper bolts put back in on the rack mounts and did you go with the heavy rack for the police car .Cause when I built them there was an issue with the proper bolts and there was a different rack for the cop cars the to the basic crown vic do to the suspension upgrade on it and the diffrent pump
