Try Cleaning the throttle with carburator cleaner and the IACV (idle air control valve) It should make a difference!

I'd start by replacing fuel filter. I'm assuming it's been recently tuned.... If not, replace plugs, wires, all fluid & filters and run a good fuel system cleaner through it.
