The exact definition of this code is "Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction" You can find possible causes and solutions Here

You could try replacing the ignition coil, However, the code doesn't necessarily give you the right problem. The code could possibly be unrelated. Did the check engine light come on around the same time you had the problem start?

What is diagnostic code 22 for a 1994 Jeep Cherokee grand limited

That code is for the engine coolant temperature sensor. "...input above maximum acceptable voltage." I would try a new temp. sensor. If that doesn't fix it, you may need to have an engine scanner hooked up, and see what the sensor is sending to the computer, and go from there.
A bad coolant temp. sensor can cause hard starting like your symptoms.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited P0700 diagnostic problem

P0700 means there is a transmission fault code in the transmission controller. Since the transmission controller doesn't have a light attached, it tells the engine controller to turn the light on using this code. You'll have to access the transmission controller to further diagnose the problem.
