Bad news. You may have a head gasket leak. Do a compression check on all cylinders. If you find one or more with a different compression (by 20psi or more) you may be able to use radiator sealer. If you still see or smell fuel in the water take it to a shop before it is damaged beyond repair.

My Isuzu Trooper was not revving as usual. Now it is emitting a lot of white smoke. So far, injectors have been pulled out and cleaned, emptied the fuel tank, flushed all fuel pumps and changed fuel filter...

Check the radiator fluid level. If the smoke is not present when it is first started, and after a short time later it begins to smoke, it may be a blown head gasket that is letting radiator water into the combustion chamber. The symptom of, "not revving as usual", would be an inconsistent engine speed at idle. If the fluid level is going down in the radiator, and you don't see fluid on the ground, with the exception of a small drip out the tail pipe when the engine first starts, a small amount of water in the combustion chamber will cause a lot of white smoke. It can be normal for a small amount of water to drip from the tail pipe, depending on humidity, but once the engine is warmed up, the, "white smoke", should not have moisture in it. A paper towel held at the tail pipe for a few seconds should not get wet after the engine is warmed up, and the radiator fluid level should not decrease if no fluid is leaking on the ground.

1993 isuzu bighorn diesel engine holds revs to 3000 rpm for about 30 seconds and then dies

Do you think the primary fuel filter under the tank could be blocked or water is in the fuel?

I have recently purchased a second hand isuzu trooper model 1999 with manual transmission..everything goes on smoothly until one day it suddenly stopped as if it has gone out of fuel and wont start no...

No its not full with diesel fuel this is a common shut off on the isuzu. Plus the valve are always noisy . The crank sensor on those go out easy. This may not be the problem.Go to the back have someone crank it ,or if your hearing is great as you crank it do you hear a hummin noise that will be the fuel pump if you dont then the fuel pump will most likely be your problem. If you hear a humming noise as you turn the key on the fuel pump will not be the problem. Now let check spark. do you have a tach on it (the RPM) if you do crank it if it bounces just a tinytiny bit you have spark and the fuel pump will be the problem. I have a 2002 isuzu trooper, my fuel pump is still sucking/filled with water despite changing my fuel filter and draining the gas tank. My radiator also filling with diesel fuel, what could be the culprit,...

To start off with, if you have diesel fuel filling into your radiator you have a serious problem becasue as far as I know all Isuzo Troopers are gasoline powered. Even so, there should be no way for fuel or gas to get in the radiator. I suggest you take it someplace to have it looked at if you have fuel in your radiator. As a matter of fact I would have it towed and stop driving it until you can have it towed someplace.
