Fuel line leak

Definitely, this is caused by poor installation, or a failure by aging fuel filter.

The fuel filter is in the fuel line, in front of the tank. You may have to squeeze the tabs with a pair of pliers at the same time as you pull. Spray it good with some WD40 or similar lube. There is probably dirt in there that won't allow it to release. You should get new connector tabs with your new filter, so don't worry about damage.

I hope help you with this, good luck (rated this help).

My 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee has a no start problem. I have tested the fuel pump and it is fine. However, there is no fuel pressure at the fuel rail.

If pump is running, then two other places to look are the fuel filter and regulator. GC of that year may either have regulator on fuel rail and filter in line near l/r wheel, or both as one unit on the tank on top of the sending unit.
