The oxygen is located in the exhaust manifold or front exhaust pipe near the exhaust manifold. 1 for each bank.

Hope this helps :)

SOURCE: where is the bank 2 sensor 1 located.

Oxygen sensors are always numbered like this:

Bank 1 sensor 1
Bank 2 sensor 1
Bank 1 sensor 2
Bank 2 sensor 2

some manufacturers use a kind of shorthand that reads different, but means the same thing:
Sensor 1/1 or O2s 1/1
Sensor 2/1 or O2s 2/1
Sensor 1/2 or O2s 1/2
Sensor 2/2 or O2s 2/2

Bank 1 is always the side of the engine where cylinder number 1 is located and, of coarse, Bank 2 is the opposite side.
On a 4 cylinder engine, there is only 1 bank and it is always referred to as Bank 1.

Sensor 1 is always the upstream sensor (The one located BEFORE the catalytic converter)
Sensor 2 is always the downstream sensor (the one that is located AFTER the catalytic converter.

Most GM engines have #1 cylinder located on the left bank, (or Driver's Side) of the engine,

So, the answer to your question would be that you are looking for the sensor located before the catalytic converter on the right (or Passenger Side) of the truck.

SOURCE: location of the bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor on a 2001 ford escape

B1 means the sensor is located on the same bank of the engine that has the #1 cylinder. B2 is located on the opposite bank.
S1 means the sensor is located BEFORE the catalytic converter
S2 means the sensor is located AFTER the catalytic converter

You didn't say which engine you have, so I've included the diagrams of both 4 cyl and 6 cyl so you can see the banks

Where do i find all my oxygen sensors on my april 1993 isuzu rodeo?

The O2 sensors are located in the exhaust pipe just off the exhaust manifold. Here is a picture of your particular O2 sensor, some are slightly different looking it depends on the manufacturer. You will need to get under the truck to replace the sensor it takes a special 7/8" O2 sensor socket, about $5 from Autozone.

I have a 1993 pontias sunbird that needs an oxygen sensor. what is that and how many would i need to purchase?

there is only one oxygen(02)sensor on this car.it is located in the front exhaust pipe,it measures the amount of oxygen in the exhaust so the computer can change the amount of injector on time for fuel control.it is a single wire sensor that is threaded in the pipe.

Dies after you drive it a little while could it be the oxygen sensor on it ? if so where is it located on a 1993 ?

I would change the oxygen sensor only if the oxygen sensor code comes up showing that the o2 sensor is is not cycling.

Have the car scanned in order to determine what may be causing the stall condition.

I want to replace the oxygen sensor in my 1993 honda accord ex, where is this located and does it need special tools

it is located at the exhaust pipe before the catalyt converter. No special tool required, normal spanner will do, make sure the exhaust pipe is not hot...disconnect the electrical cable connected to the sensor first. Spray WD 40 or lubrication to the thread before unscrew the sensor.

Where is the oxygen sensor

It's on the rear exhaust manifold. You will need a oxygen sensor socket to remove it. If you are not saving it & tend to replace it, snip wires & use a normal socket. Saves the price of the special socket! Good luck!

Need locations of all oxygen sensors on a 93 ford f150 5.0L 4wd.

The oxygen sensor (there should only be one on your engine) is mounted under hood, passenger side, lower engine area, above exhaust pipe flange, and is mounted in the exhaust manifold. Hope this helped and best wishes.
