You will need to pull the horn relay, this may be the problem or the horn pad is bad, pulling the fuse is easier, the fuse is located on the inside on the driverside under the dash area it sits in the area of where your knees would be, heres a picture of the box and the fuse location, have a good day.where is the fuse panel? - johnjohn2_94.gifjohnjohn2_95.gif

I was trying to program a new remote and tripped the anti theft system 2002 acura mdx..I disconnected the positive bat cable to shut down..now what do i do..

this might work for you

Open hood ensure new battery is disconnected.
Open main fuse panel cover under hood and remove horn relay (so you don't have to listen to the horn).
Use the key to lock the drivers door.
Connect the positive battery terminal.
Connect the negative battery terminal (security system will now activate, hazards lights will flash and horn would be going off if the relay was not removed).
Use the key to unlock the drivers door.
Get in, close drivers door.
Use the key to start the engine.
Security system will deactivate.
Get out of vehicle, reinstall horn relay, replace fuse panel cover, close hood.

Witch fuse should be pulled on 1999 jeep to stop horn from blowing

Your owners manual will show you exactly where it is...However it is easy to disconnect the horn...You desperately need a horn for safety reasons to avoid a crash...Especially if your state has a safety inspection requirement...Your fuse panel should also have the fuses numbered and a sticker inside the fuse box cover stating which fuse goes to horn....Also you can wear safety glasses and disconnect the battery to avoid air bag explosion..Remove steering wheel center cover where the horn is pressed...,You will see a small wire attached to the cover and to the prong inside steering wheel...It could be loose or disconnected.....If not just disconnect the wire and black tape the terminal end ..Then the horn is disconnected...
