Question about 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis

1 Answer

Instrument Panel dim

We're having a problem on the instrument panel on a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis. It has digital gauges and they won't display unless the lights are turned on. We're not sure what the problem could be.

Any help would be appreciated.

From the 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis 4.6L SFI 8cyl repair manual, the Flasher is located behind left side of instrument panel. The turn signal and emergency flashers are attached to the interior fuse panel. They are replaced in the same manner as the fuses and circuit breakers.
