Hi i have a question...

hi i have a question... I brought my car in to the dealer to have something fixed while in there they found that my inner rt tie rod needed to be fixed and i agreed because i did feel something was wrong in the front end. after they gave me back my car while i was still in the parking lot my brakes were all screwed up and the abs system was messed up. i turned around and went back in. is it possible that while they were fixing my tie rod that someone could of screwed up my brakes by accident? now they wont own up to it and i am just trying to see if i can figure out what happened. do you have to go near the brakes when doing this kind of repair? i hope you can help me understand this a little better... thanks..........
