The Code shows Bank 1 Sensor 3 for the O2 system. That the wire going to that part is broken or disconnected.

Codes P0034, 0051, 0032

Code 34 is not on my list for a Villager.
Code 51 is for a problem with the heater circuit for O2 sensor bank two sensor one. That is the sensor on the side with cylinder number two. The sensor is not heating up as fast as it should.
Code 32 is the same thing for bank one sensor one. So its possible you have a problem with the heater circuit instead of the O2 sensors.

The downstream sensor will be AFTER the cat. It may be on the top of the exhaust pipe and hard to see. As a rule it is close to the convertor.

Where are the o2 sensors located?

The O2 sensor should be screwed into the exhaust manifold with a wire coming out of it, there will be another similar sensor or the intake for intake air temperature
