Usually when your car air conditioning fan is at maximum setting, air coming out your car air conditioning vent is also at maximum air blowing, but when your car air conditioning vent barely blows out air there is a problem, and the main reason of this is a blower problem or air duct blockage problem.

you say that you feel air but it isnt forceful. the answer is your ac/heater blower motor resistor. it is located under the pass side glove box and the blower motor is a big black cylinder and right behind it on the left is the resistor. take that out. got to autozone and pick one up for 25$.
OK. So the blower notor isn't operating. Do you have power to the blower motor? The resistor is new from what I got. If you don't have power to the blower motor, then check the speed control switch and fuses. If you have power at the blower motor, replace the blower motor
i changed the resistor and then took out the blower because it was not working. i got the blower to... (More) i changed the resistor and then took out the blower because it was not working. i got the blower to work now it is not blowing cold air. i even added r-134a to the system and the compressor started to cycle on and off. does anyone know how to solve this problem
take the blower motor out of your way first its easier to manage. there are 9/32 bolts holding both the motor and resistor up. there are two bolts on the resistor itself. one in the front and one in the back. the one it back is tough. have to cram your socket in there against the rubber just to get at it.
This is a blend door problem, this door diverts air either throgh the heater core or the AC accumulator core, it either provides hot, cold or a mixture or blend, this door is deep in the dash and in most cases the dash must be removed to service the little electric motor that operated the door.
