Question about 1996 BMW 318
You have 2 electrical plugs...only one wire should have power(cant remember which one) if there is no power. then check the fuse if the fuse is ok...then check the relay by swapping relays they should be the same or at least work! if still doesn't work you might have to change the panel...where the fuses are!!!
