There is only one fuse box, but there is a breaker next to the voltage regulator, on the fender. These breakers were notoriously unreliable so they were usually removed by the dealers - if you have a power problem check the voltage regulator, the breaker or the strap shorting the former connections to it.

Fuse box location on 96 lincoln

Lincoln produced three cars in 1996; the Continental, Mark VIII and Town Car. All three models have an instrument panel fuse panel (also called a dash fuse panel) located under the driver's side of the instrument panel. The Continental and Mark VIII additionally utilize a power distribution box on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. The Town car also has an engine compartment fuse box, however it is located on the passenger's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. You can find illustrations of these locations as well as procedures for how to check fuses and how to replace the fuse boxes here: https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/how-to-replace-your-car-fuse-box-by-jessica-howe

I hav a 1998 Lincoln Mark 8, my AC works, but no heat. What is the problem?

Completely separated systems: the cool comes from an evaporator powered by the compressor, the heat from a radiator from the cooling fluid heated by the engine. If you don't have heat then either the radiator / heater or the controlling valve are clogged or respectively blocked shut. Try to clean them by running a radiator cleaning solution. If that fails the dash will have to be removed to access the heater to remove it and valve for a thorough cleaning and/or replacement.

Fuel pump relay or fuse

In most cars it is located at the fuse box or relay fusebox inside the engine compartment or near the fuel pump itself. It could aslo be the fuel pressure regulator if the fuel pump is good.
