The fuse could be blown too as can the ballast resister. The fan motor is under the dash on the passenger side and may be covered up with an under cover once the cover is removed the motoris round and has two big wires connected to it. These wires can have a fuse holder right in the wire connected right to the side of the motor and this same wire goes to the said ballast resistor that is bolted into the duct work after removing it and it' looks burned up it likly is.

Temperture mode controls don't worker light up along with fan speed on my 2002 Mazda millennia. What could be the problem?

If the vents work, top middle, bottom. Most likely the mode door motor is bad. Usually at the center console under the dash. If the fan comes on at all. low or high speed, replace the blower resistor. Located by the blower.

Depending on where you live, you could have a mouse nest in the fan motor, I haave seen this alot where I live, or simply could be a blown motor, have you checked the fuses?

A/C and Heater will not blow air..

Blower motor resistor is most common ($20-$70) it controls the blower motor fan and speeds or fan relay fuse (usually under the hood) If it's not either then the blower itself is bad. You can pull the motor and apply 12volts to it to test, if it spins then the resistor.
