Both of those codes refer to the heated portion of the oxygen sensors. Your car will have a heated oxygen sensor before and after the catylitic convertor. Most likely they have failed and need to be replaced. A repair shop may be able to test them first to verify that they are bad.

code p0031 refers to heated oxygen sensor ( HO2S) 1 bank 1 -heater control-circuit low===causes--wiring short to ground--HO2S---ECM
Replace the heated sensor ( not the rear sensor of the cat converter). Use a special sensor spanner so that the wiring is not damaged in the process.

the code you have is high voltage in the wiring of fuel gauge. This is probably either the fuel pump,ECM, you must ask the main dealer mechanic to help about.

Suzuki xl7 which side is bank 2 sensor 2

I assume then that this is a v6. Bank one should be the drivers side (I think) . Sensor 1 would be the one before the catalytc convertor and sensor 2 would be the one after it.
