Possible that there is imbalance in the different cylinders and so it is important to check each of the cylinders for equal firing. If not check the compression and firing.
Also the engine mountings can be bad or faulty and so needs a change.
The poor power can be due to poor fuel calibration.

Sounds like you need to check your fuel injectors. That happened to my truck recently. I originally thought there was water (rain) in my spark plugs but it turned out to be a bad fuel injector on cylinder #2

Good luck!

I have a 1997 mercedes benz s500 gas meter is not working properly slow acceleration seems the transmission may be slipping slow on take off car shaking in park and diving

If the RPM's go high and barely moving. The transmission is slipping. Eventually it will stop moving when the clutches are completely worn out. The more you drive it like this, the more internal damage you can cause. The shaking could be this also. But you could need a tune up, or could have bad engine mounts.

Mis in engine

Ok get a good insulated pair of gloves and while the motor is running pull one plug off at a time and replace it. if your motor starts to shake thats not the wire. replace it and move on to the next. yes you need insulated gloves or you will get belted by the current. if you pull one off and the engine doesn`t change or shake thats the one not working. many time the wires they use are substandard and actually burn out. look for wires touching the engine/manifold, exhaust pipe run your bare hands over each wire from plug to distrib. WITH THE MOTOR OFF. Quite a few times ive found this issue on cars. Cheap plugs wires can also cause this. start you motor in a very dark place open the hood and turn off the light and look for small sparks arking to some thing. also is an issue.

Windstar won't accelerate past 45MPH

1st have the engine control module scanned for fault codes and run a test called an engine running self test, next check the fuel pressure, it should be about 46 pounds under a load. If it low try replacing the fuel filter (located under the car on drivers side)

98 lincoln navigator loud noise, shaking, high rpm at idle, drive

I don't know how much oil you had to put in but it sounds like you have maybe more than opne issue and both sound major. One is engine reving and speed not picking up sounds like trans problem. Two the engine shaking and making noise and being run low on oil leans toward possible engine damage. If your mechanicly inclined check all fluids and when checking trans fluid smell it. If it smells burnt the trans has been damaged. Check oil pressure and make sure coolant is full. You may have to take it into the shop.

Engine shakes when Idling/ Check Engine Light started blinking

i just fixed a similar problem on my van there is a rubber elbow on the end of the pvc hose that connects to the valve cover you can only buy the elbow with the hose and it costs about 100 bucks but i guess they have had to replace a lot of these because the new one looks twice has strong you just have to check and see if its collapsed in on itself preventing air movement or leaking the shop will charge you 175 dollars to fix it plus the part but it only takes 20 minutes good luck
