Question about Toyota 4Runner

Both blinkers just stopped working. I checked fuses and bulbs, everything was fine.

Check the flasher unit. On most vehicles it is cylindrical metal can and is plugged into the fuse block under the dash, sometimes it's attached to the steering column, or is mounted in the dash maybe behind the glove box.

Have you removed the bulbs and checked them and the sockets for corrosion? Also make sure they are locked into place properly. Another thing is to check the flasher relays under your das by the fuse box to make sure they are properly seated.

Sometimes your blinker will stop working if a signal light bulb has burned out. Check your bulbs first. If all the bulbs are ok then check your fuse box for a blown fuse and lastly check the blinker itself in the fusebox. Your owners manual should show you where to find the fusebox and blinker.

Right side blinks really fast front works back dose'nt. changed bulbs checked fuses, everything was fine. what should i look for ?


I think you need to change the blinker, my car has the same problem, but we didn't know how to change the bulb, we tried taking the light out but it didn't, how did you change your bulb?

check your wire harness with a voltmeter and check to see if all wires have power. If that doesn't work check your ground wire's.
