Three reasons for leaks out of pump area( really 4 but the pump seal is never the leak)1 someone has not sealed the pan properly and fluid is seeping up through pan bolt hole into bell housing and leaking out.2 pump oring is old and hard due to heat and time (most common)3 someone has repaired a pump oring or rebuilt the transmiision and used a threade rod slide hammer to remove the pump(big no no) and damage the sealing area where the pump bolts seal(can silicone the bolts to fix this).I would pull the bottom pan and clean both surfaces with brake clean and allow the trans to drain for an hour , then apply a 1/8 inch bead of black or ultra grey pematex all the way around tthe clean dry pan( make sure you go to the inside of bolt holes and not the outside) allow the silicone to cure for 5 minutes before you mate the pan with the case.Good luck!

Car transmission leak

May need a new bushing in the pump that supports
the converter hub
The new or rebuilt converters don't have very good tolerance
on the hub,they run out
May have to take converter to a shop that does
their own rebuilds on converters, to have hub checked
for run out. They do much better work then say Daco
or other big names in the converter rebuild arena

Power steering leak

with power-steering it could be one of three problems. 1- power steering pump could be going out ( normally with the pump the car will whine but will not normally leak and still hold fluid) 2- a leak in your power steering lines ( and can normally be resolved with new lines or sometimes you may be able to bypass and clamp the leak on the line) 3- you may have busted the O rings in your powersteering pump and that will actually cause the pump to leak

hint- alot of people will tell you that you may also use transmission fluid for power-steering this is true you can its that same thing as power-steering fluid just a different color (but dont put power-steering fluid in a transmission, but at the same time if you plan on replacing the pump i would use transmission fluid due to it being cheaper but it will cause the O rings in the power-steering pump to go out quicker to cause a worse leak) so i would recommend to locate the leak first before using trans fluid due to if its in a line you wont have to replace the pump but if its already the pump this is the cheapest fix until repaired

Transmission no pressure

Nope, no positives. It does sound like the pump has failed. If the stop leak didn't help seal any internal seals that may have failed, it looks like the transaxle will have to come out for repairs or another replacement.
I don't think the torque converter ever makes noise when bad.
I would think your diagnosis of a bad pump is correct, given no movement of fluid in the cooler lines. Kudos for checking the lines-cool idea, I never thought of that.

Possible leaks are 1. Transmission belly Pan gasket 2. Front pump/torque converter seal. 3. Transmission fluid cooler lines 4. Axle seals at right and left half shafts.

Im leaking transmission fluid and i dont think i have coverage to repair it

Generally the trans pan is first to leak on any transmission. If the perimeter of the pan espeacially the mounting bolts are wet with red fluid change the filter and gasket. Add transmission fluid as recommended in the owners manual also
If the leak is between the engine and the trans the front pump seal or pump seals need replacement.
If leaking at the axle shafts the axle seals need replacing

Could be leaking from transmission line's , pan, front pump seal if it's leaking between engine and transmission, or input shaft seal's. where c.v shaft's go into transmission.

My 2003 chrysler concorde is leaking transmission fluid. what is causing that?

All depends on where it's leaking from. If it's leaking from the transmission pan, then it's going to be a bad transmission pan gasket. If it's leaking from the transmission cooler line or connections from the transmission to the radiator, replace the line or the connections or just the O-rings in the connections. If it's leaking from the transmission housing where the engine and transmission mates, then it may be the from pump or Torque Converter. The leak could be coming from the CV joint inner shaft where it connects to the transmission. Good luck and keep am eye on your transmission oil level, low transmission fluid will cause transmission failure.
