SOURCE: How do I adjust headlights on a Chrysler town and country 1996

Look around the edge of the headlight. You may have to pull a cover off from around the headlight if you cannot see them. Normally there are 2 screws that can be adjusted with a cross tip screwdriver. One screw on top of the light, and on on the side. Loosen the top screw to adjust down, tighten the screw to adjust up. If the side screw on the light is towards the inside, then loosen the screw to adjust towards the outside of the road and tighten it to adjust the light towards the inside of the road. If the screw is towards the outside of the light, then it is reversed. tighten to bring the light towards the edge of the road and loosen to bring the light towards the inside of the road. Hope this helps!

SOURCE: I need to replace the headlight assembly on a 1999

I just popped one of mine off this evening looking for the fan relay. 10mm socket. One bolt at the top, 3 nuts behind each lamp. You may need to take the air intake out to get access to the nuts on the drivers side. That is another 3 10mm bolts, 2 of which you need to take out to get to the air filter anyway.

check the fuel filter connections first. If all ok, have a mechanic check it. If there is an evaporative leak, the check engine light should be on.

Look for a blown fuse or bad relay for the a/c in the front fuse box. If replacing fuse and it blows again, then there is a short circuit on the load side of the fuse which goes to the a/c compressor clutch. If fuse ok, try another relay to replace the possible bad a/c unit. The engine computer controls this relay. It also receives air temperature sensor reading from cold air path.
