Horn is not working,the fuses

Horn is not working,the fuses are good. I think I need to go through the steering column. I need to know how so I can do it myself.

-   i have a 1991 chevrolet lumnia and the horn won't beep when i push on the
area location . i checked the fuses and they all seem to be in working order
can you please help me in this matter the kids just won't move when i holler out the window lol thank you-   Guest
