Yes, i agree. you must replace the brake line. i replaced all the brake lines in mine. it was not that bad. the line was cheap but the fittings from the dealer was pricey. if you can save your fittings...do it. no problems with brakes since. you will need a flairing tool and pipe cutter. hope this helps

1994 buick century brakes went out fluid leaking from rear

Brake lines by rear door on drivers side are a common failure point. lines under door failing can cause a total brake failure. Just replace and bleed the lines.

My brakes are leaking in the rear driver side need a diagram of brake lines to folllow.

Follow the brake line starting at the left rear wheel, there is no diagram for brake lines, take the tire off and inspect (look) left rear wheel, It will be wet where the leak is, if the inside of the tire is wet then you might want to check the brake cylinder, behind the brake drum. You might want to take it to a shop and get it fixed, It is your life and others, if you can't stop.

I have a ford f150 that i have redone the brakes but all i getting is a brake pedal and then goes to floor

Bleed your brakes, starting with Right rear, left rear, right front and ending with left front. You have air in the lines or a bad master cylinder. Bleeding is the cheaper of two options.

Brake pedal goes to floor i have already changed mastercylinder and bleed brakes no waring lights are coming on new brake have been installed

sounds like air in the line. Did you start your bleed at the right rear.If you replaced the M/C you have air in the line.Get a helper and pump the brakes until all of the air is out , starting at right rear.It may take a few tries to get all the air out , but with new everything it is this or a leak. Was the master C. new or rebuilt. Check all 4 wheels for any sign of a leak. If no leaks and you bleed all the air out maybe your master cylinder is bad.

No brake fluid in resivoue no leak visable

As the brake pads/shoes wear. Fluid level will decrease in the master cylinder resovoir. If the master cylinder ran empty you will need to refill with appropriate brake fluid (should say DOT 3 on cap) and bleed air from the system.

Brake line leak

start from the farthest, right rear, left rear, right front, then left front, take some time in bleeding your left front since it has more air induced during line replacement. good luck!

I have a 1975 chevyvan 30 motorhome. The brake warning light came on on the dash. Checked fluid and it was low so added fluid. When stopped I can pump the brakes up firm but when motor running the pedal...

Air in the lines, or a leakey line or caliper, do you see any fluid leaking on the rims? or under the car? if not they prolly just need to be bled.
