It sounds like you have a couple of problems going on. First if your car wont start it could be the starter but if there is no noise you may have an ignition problem. Ignition problems usually occur in the steering wheel column. Try tilting your stearing wheel up and down a couple of times. If that does not work it might be your starter if it is you can get under your car and arc it. Or it could be your altenator but the only way to test that is if you take it off and take it to napa or something . I hope it is your altenator because it is usually a quick and cheep fix. good luck.
Sounds like your alternator is not working, if you can get the engine running and have access to a volt meter check the voltage on the battery terminals, With the engine running you should see in excess of 13V
at the minimum, since you mentioned all the idiot lights coming on, your alternator is fried. have someone put in a new alternator. if it's still acting up, have someone go over the computer.
