It was an available option in 1994, to be sure if you have an airbag, look on the steering wheel and you should see SRS. If you do not then you can call the dealer, give them you VIN and they can tell you if your vehicle came equipped with the SRS system.

Where is the egr valve located on a 1994 Ranger 4.0L V6?

If your ranger has a egr valve it will be on the driver's side of the upper intake plenum (the top aluminum housing, very top of the motor) and about centered on the 1994 I have seen Rangers with and without a egr valve. I believe it depends on if its California emissions or not.

94 Ranger will shift into gear but wont move

does it only not go forward or reverse or is everything out? i'm guessing you mean that it doesn't go forward which is common on rangers with autos. the clutches tend to go out and eventually leave you with only reverse then nothing. hope this is of help to ya

i think the clutches are starting to burn out of your tranny. this was regrettably a common problem with rangers

My ranger wont go into four wheel drive, push button light doesnt come on,

your truck probably needs a transfer case motor. this was very common in rangers

Does not activate 4x4

most common problem with the explorers and rangers is the 4 wheel drive motor on the transfer case. check in the left rear side compt for a reset button for the 4x4 first

Does an 84 ford ranger v6 have standard anti-lock brakes?

This was not standard on 84 Ford Rangers, My online history search does not show ABS on Rangers until the 90's, when it was not even standard but an option. Hope this helps.

Common fault on FORD

Usually due to a poor connection in the YELLOW PLASTIC CONNECTOR underneath the passenger seat.

Just push it together properly and it should clear the AirBag fault

94 Ford Bronco - SRS Lamp blinking 12

Code 12 is loss of voltage to airbag firing circuit. Start with checking airbag fuse. It should be fuse number 15 for the cluster. It is also the airbag fuse. If the fuse is good then the airbag module might be bad.
