p0700 is just general code, means transmission errors
cheap code readers do that, try a real scan tool

well i borrowed my friends obdII scanner and im trying to check my codes but everytime is says link error? im stumped i tried it multiple times with. ... but it sounds like you may have an electrical problem somewhere. Discovery ...

my guess is the VSS CODE is set and the VSS is in fact dead.

is locked, how do I unlock this connector from the modulator?

"kam" is keep alive memory, which is memory in your powertrain computer that needs to always have battery power to be kept... if your battery has been disconnected, this is what caused this code to be logged. If not, you might want to check for a blown fuse to your control module or a short circuit in the wiring to your module... That is if the code is still active, if the code is a stored code it just means at some point in time the module lost power (battery disconnected, fuse pulled, ...) and now it has worked fine since...

check for a blown fuse,also check for a sticky throttle position sensor,the fuel pressure may be too low,it should be around 60 lbs,not sure what that is in metric

What Year is the saturn?? I think if my memory serves me well that code 84 is an internal ECM communication error.Hope this helps

It comes back as a Internal Control Module Memory Check Sum Error. Unplug the battery positive terminal for a few minutes. Hope that gets rid of it. If it doesn't you are likely looking at changing out the engine computer.

You may want to try and pull fuse 11 or unplug the negative battery terminal for 10-15 seconds and reconnecting/inserting.  You can also try a key dance to check for an internal errors, im not sure if a window motor would throw any however.
