I have a mazda mpv 2000 minivan.problem code p0301 misfire detected cylinder#1

I'd check #1 spark plug.
Usually a misfire code "fix" is a spark plug, spark plug wire, or a coil pack / distributor.
Keeping it simple...I'd go with the spark plug first and then look at the condition of the wires.

Hope this helps...

I need the tune-up speceifications for a 2000 Mazda MPV

I suggest that you visit the website. If you go there and register the car information you will have access to an online repair manual for the car and the information you seek should be available in the specifications section. It doesn't cost anything and it's really a pretty handy resource. Hope this helped and best wishes.
