Question about 2001 Ford Expedition
You might want to check to see if you have a blown fuse. the fuse you are looking for is in the fuse box located inside the vehicle. It will be in the number 3 position (see picture below) and is a 20 amp fuse. this fuse is for the OBD connector and the cigar lighter. If this is blown your connection will not work.
