Question about 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Is this the 4.0 six cylinder engine? There are five on the manifold side of the engine and two in the rear.

left rear of engine block,on transmission bell housing.best way from top under brake booster use a wrench,

You may have left a door half open, or have a bad door switch. Until you find out what the problem is you can manually push your door locks with your hand to lock them without arming the alarm and still have your vehicle locked, and not have to worry bout hte alarm.
