I suspect this is a petrol engined version, the problem is you have wet the ignition circuit, use a water repellent such as WD40 and spray the ignition leads and wiring under the bonnet. You may have filled the plug sockets with water, they will dry out eventually or you can remove each lead in turn and dry the with a rag, spray the WD40 with the engine switched off to avoid a flash from the WD40.
Regards,
Steve.

Chances are you just have water in one of the spark plug boots take off the spark plug wires one at a time and dry them out with a paper towel a spray can of electric contact cleaner will help to get rid of the water do not use wd-40.

I have a Citroen c2. There are no lights showing on the dash board and it won't start, there's nothing at all it's completely dead. the fuses & battery are all fine. The central locking still works

Most likely some of so called "maxi fuses" might be blown. There are three fuses location - under your dashboard, under the bonnet and maxi fuses (also under the bonnet).

Hazards and indicators not working suspect fuse or bulb but can't find fuse?

Box under steering should have two flasher units (small metal cans that plug in like fuses) one runs hazards and one runs turns. If someone has changed bulbs to LEDs you must run different flashers designed to work with LED bulbs.

Only firing on three cylinders

Just a thought, when in complete darkness let the engine run and then check under the hood or bonnet and see if there are any little blue sparks running up and down the leads to the plugs. or across the plugs onto the engine. This would show a short. If this occurs the spark will jump from one lead to another causing the miss.

Soft brake pedel after fitting brake pads range rover 2006e

Hopefully the hydrolic system was not opened when you were fitting, in which case all you need do is pump the brake pedal a few times to achieve correct pressure. If you did open the bleed nipples or worse, you'll have to bleed the system. This will require two people or even three. One person to keep the pot under the bonnet topped up, one inside pumping the brake pedal and the third under the vehicle....The meathod of bleeding is to pump the pedal at least four times and hold it down with the foot. The peson underneath opens the nipple and as the pressure releases pushdown with your foot untill you can't push further and hold it there, at which time you yell, close! The guy underneath closes the nipple and then you begin again. the guy under the bonnet should make sure that the resviour is topped up. Begin with the wheel furthest from the brake cylinder, in other words at the rear and finish with the closest. Cheers and Regards Johngee

I cant find the lever to open my bonnet .its not under the steering column where the manual says it is. we recently had dual controls fitted, is there another way to open the bonnet? Its a peugeot 1007.

Hi sometimes they are right up behind the dash, get on your knees and look up behind it. the only other way is to get under the front of the car with a pair of pliers and try to pull the bonnet release cable.

As the car had Duel controls they may have moved it to the passenger side.

My 1995 Honda CVR sounds like it is only running on 3 cylinders. I must say I used a water blaster to clean under the bonnet and the motor area. Would appreciate your help thanks, Regards, John

Well John if water has reached the the spark plugs bonnet,it must be of that,to fix that you need to take out the spark plugs bonnet then dry it if you see water droplet in.

Vacuum reservoir

It is located to the rear of the brake master cylinder under the hood (bonnet), to check and see if it leaks start the engine, put your foot on the brake pedal, turn the engine off, you should get at least three pumps on the pedal before it gets very hard to push, also listen for a vacuum leak, a noise like sucking air through pursed lips. OK got it?
