What hardens automatic gear lever from parking?

When you park on a incline, uphill or down hill, set your parking brake before engaging into park. If you don't, then it is difficult to slip out of park. I sometimes set my parking brake, then release the brake pedal carefully, then set it to park position. This way does not load up the parking gear or mechanism.

Relay fuse for park lamps on 2004 Buick Rendevous. Where is it located?

Park, Tail and Marker Lamps
The park, tail and marker lamps, including the license lamps, are turned on when the headlamp switch is placed in either the PARK or HEADLAMP position, or anytime the headlights are requested. The PARK LPS fuse in the underhood fuse block, supplies battery positive voltage to both the park lamp relay switch contacts and park lamp relay coil circuit. The park lamp relay coil is controlled by the body control module (BCM). When the headlamp switch is placed in the PARK position, the BCM will then energize the park lamp relay coil control circuit. Current flow is now from the park lamp relay to the park/tail lamps. The front park lamps are grounded at G100 and G101. The rear park lamps are grounded at G401 and G402. The license plate lamps are a part of the rear park lamp circuit and are grounded at G401. The inadvertent power control feature prevents the park lights from remaining on more than 10 minutes if left on. If the park lights are turned on after the ignition switch has been turned OFF, or is in the ACCY position, they will remain on until turned off or the battery runs dead.

PRK LPS Relay 55 under hood fuse box . Should have diagram on inside of the fuse box lid .

Why won't my Buick Rainier parking light shut off?

What year is it ? Parking light or Parking LIGHTS

It's probably the park lamp relay in the rear fuse box , contacts stuck together ! The body control module turns on the relay after receiving a input from the headlamp switch !
The rear fuse box is located beneath the left rear seat !

No parking lights in back

parking, yes, tail ,park.
(the correct name is park toy calls them tail, tell me how a tail lamp works in front of car, this name is from 1920cars , that only had 1 or 2 tail lights. (fun history that, with funny names)

if actually park lamps. 1st click of head light? switch?
there are over 20 park lamps in car, inside and out.
side markeres, front park lamps
all dimmable lamps inside are park too. all dead>?
then the park relay is bad (tail/park) or fuse. blown.
